6 Eye health tips


Our eye is very sensitive. And it is the most important part of our body. There are many diseases that can lead to vision loss. So, it is necessary to identify and treat eye disease as soon as possible. It is very important to take care of our eyes. There are many things to take care of your eyes.

  1. Maintain a balanced diet
  2. Regular Exercise
  3. Protective eyewear
  4. Avoid Smoking
  5. Avoid overusing Phone
  6. Give your eyes a rest

1. Maintain a balanced diet:

Maintaining a balanced diet is being very important for our body. As our body needs calories, proteins, minerals, vitamins, and alternative nutrients. Talking about the most important sense organs, our eye. Your diet should include fruits and vegetables. Especially deep yellow and green leafy vegetables. 


2. Regular Exercise: 

Regular exercise is always good for our health. In this case, exercise may help to prevent or control many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Because these diseases lead to some eye problems.

3. Protective eyewear:

To prevent injuries, smoke, dust, direct sunlight you have to wear sunglasses and protect your eye, because these things may lead to various diseases. So, be protective, keep your eye safe.

4. Avoid Smoking: 

Smoking is injuries to health everyone knows about that. Smoking may increase age-related eye diseases such as Cataracts, Macular degeneration, and Damage of the Optic Nerve. so, stop smoking get away from the disease.

5. Avoid overusing Phone:

Using over Phone can have the problem of eye pain, irritation in the eye, Headache. Mobile phones produce blue rays which make vision loss. Overusing phones, computers, laptops, etc, can also lead to some eye diseases such as Pinguicula, Pterygium. If you have work on computer or phone then wear protective Sunglasses or Blue cut glasses. 

6.Give your eyes a rest: 

It is good to take the rest of your eyes. Because in this generation people use the phone, computer, etc. so, and they forget to blink their eyes. To reduce eyestrain, every 20 minutes, look away about 20feet in front of you for 20 seconds. Take a cold fomentation every day which gives your eyes relief from eye pain.


Be safe take care of your eyes. Do a regular check-up of your eyes.
